How consent is collected
Every Vintage Grove Apartments leasing inquiry form includes one separate text-message consent checkbox. It is unchecked and disabled by default, becomes available only after a valid phone number is entered, and is never required. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent form submission, and the phone number itself remains optional.
How the preference is recorded
